This summer, ECI REC is excited to participate in both the Benton and Buchanan County Fairs for the first time. "Summer is a time to celebrate community and enjoy one of Iowa's greatest traditions: the county fair," said CEO Teresa Floyd. "We can't wait to connect with our members and other friends during these events!"
You'll have lots of opportunities to have fun and win prizes at the ECI REC tent:
- Snap a picture with our lineworker face-in-the-hole board. Share on Facebook and tag ECI REC for a chance to win a $25 bill credit!
- Pick up a FREE toy hard hat while supplies last!
- Enter the $50 bill credit prize drawing. Just print and complete the form on our County Fair Events page and bring it to our tent. Each fair will have five winners!
- Enter to win a tasty treat from the county's corresponding Cattlemen's Association, Pork Producers, or Dairy Producers' booths.
- Learn about energy safety by testing out the Hazard Hamlet simulator. We'll also have insulation, lighting, and wall module displays, as well as information on energy efficiency rebates and the Co-op Connections® program.
