  • You are an owner of ECI REC, and you have the opportunity to voice your opinion at small-group member-consumer meetings and our Annual Meeting of the Members, held each June. 

  • The second cooperative principle ensures ECI REC (and other cooperatives) are democratic organizations controlled by their members, who actively participate in setting policies and making decisions. Elected representatives serve on the Board of Directors and are accountable to the membership.
