RESIDENTIAL MEMBERS, please take note: On behalf of ECI REC a Cooperative Difference member satisfaction survey is taking place this week. Starting Wednesday, July 22, ECI REC residential members may receive:
- A phone call with a caller ID of Opinion Counts from Bellomy Research
- An email from ECI REC Manager of Communications Lisa Franck with a survey link
We are asking members to please consider taking time to help us by participating in the survey. Its questions have been designed by Touchstone Energy® Cooperative to help us better understand how different generations and segments of our membership view the Cooperative. It will also provide insight into how ECI REC might better communicate with and serve its membership.
The survey takes about 12 minutes to complete. Members will be asked a series of questions regarding their satisfaction with service, as well as some general questions on billing, community, smart homes, and technology. The survey will wrap up with a few demographic questions.
The survey runs through July 31. Sample screenshots of the emailed survey invitation and webpage are below.
