ECI REC is excited to introduce you to Trent Koopmann, our new apprentice lineworker at the Vinton Operations Center! Earlier this year, Trent graduated from Southwest Wisconsin Technical College, where he acquired his Electrical Power Distribution technical diploma. He joined the Cooperative on March 21.

Trent grew up in Delhi, Iowa, and graduated from Maquoketa Valley High School. He enjoys hunting, fishing, working on cars, and spending time with his three-year-old nephew and seven-month-old niece. Trent also enjoys driving his side-by-side and riding his horse, Rockey.

Trent will be assisting line crews to maintain the Cooperative’s overhead and underground distribution equipment. He recently moved to the Vinton area and is getting settled in.
