Over the past few months, we’ve shared with you the ongoing status of the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) project. Now that installation of advanced meters is complete, we can provide our members with confidential, account-specific data via SmartHub.

What is SmartHub?

SmartHub is an online payment platform that allows you to access your account information 24/7 from a computer or smartphone. You can pay your bill online, read bill inserts, and sign up for Budget Billing. You can also access the ECI REC Outage Map.

How does SmartHub work with my new meter?

The data collected by AMI meters is frequently updated in SmartHub. Log into your account to see a chart with your past and present energy usage. This information can empower each member to find ways to decrease their electric bill by becoming more energy savvy.

To sign up for SmartHub, click on the New User link at ecirec.smarthub.coop. Smartphone users can download the SmartHub app on their Apple or Android device.
