Congratulations to Tom Schmitt on his promotion to the position of ECI REC line superintendent! Tom brings 27 years of experience as a lineman at ECI REC. For five of those years, he served in the supervisory role of foreman. He has also completed the NRECA Management Essentials Program. Tom is working out of the Urbana Headquarters and began his new position in mid-April.
