We live in a device-driven world. Our smartphones, tablets, laptops, and an assortment of other devices help us communicate and connect. Companies spend billions pushing out a steady drumbeat of messages and information, and we are constantly bombarded with seemingly one-way communication. Is anyone listening at the other end?

At East-Central Iowa REC, we’re not just listening—we’re eager to hear from you! Whether you respond to a survey or a social media post, send an email, or simply stop by to chat in person, we thrive on your feedback. Connecting with you helps us know whether our members are satisfied with our service and how we can improve.

Speaking of surveys—your Cooperative recently updated our survey format. Previously, we asked for feedback from members who had reached out to us during the month. The new survey format will be available to all members, all the time. We understand you are busy and receive many solicitations for your opinion. With that in mind, we’ve kept the survey questions short, and there is a comments section for your feedback.
