Effective January 25, Katie Stadheim accepted the position of human resource director at ECI REC! Katie joined the Cooperative in January 2019 and has been serving as the administrative and benefits assistant.

Prior to ECI REC, Katie worked in human resources and recruiting. Her skills have been incredibly valuable as we strive to improve our processes in employee payroll and benefits, recruiting, Board administration, and pandemic protocol. In addition to her current responsibilities, Katie will now assist the management team with succession planning, employee development, and maintaining the Cooperative’s subsidiary balancing ledger for general funds.
