ECI REC would like to welcome Brian McNulty to the ECI REC Board of Directors! In accordance with the provisions outlined in our Articles of Incorporation, Article VII, Section 3 and Section 4, Brian was appointed to fill the vacant Board seat for District #3, which came open when Allen Albers announced he would be retiring in December 2020.

Brian graduated from Benton Community High School and has a bachelor’s degree in ag business. Since 1999, he has raised beef cattle and a few crops on a farm in Watkins. He has also worked part-time as city clerk for Blairstown since 2004.

Outside his work, Brian is actively involved within his community. He has been a member of the Benton County Extension Council since 2015 and has been a Board member of the Southeast Iowa Angus Association since 2019. He also serves as the Benton County landfill commissioner for Blairstown and has been a Board member of the Alliance Mutual Insurance Association since 2020.
