As a member, you have access to the FREE powerful online HomeEnergySuite to help you obtain insight and energy answers.
Part of the HomeEnergySuite is the HomeEnergyCalculator. To our residential customers, it gives a complete analysis of energy use based on information provided about your home’s square footage, age, and number of occupants. You also indicate the types of appliances, windows, and TVs you have. To learn where your energy dollars may be going watch this 40 second video!
Access the HomeEnergyCalculator one of two ways!
1.) If you are registered on ECI's SmartHub payment platform, you can run a comprehensive home energy usage report that will pull in your actual energy usage using the HomeEnergyCalculator.
Once in SmartHub go to My Usage menu select Usage Management and click on the blue "Get Started" arrow to begin. NOTE: SmartHub is much more than a payment platform, once members are registered they can access various account information from a computer or smartphone. The platform offers a dynamic My Usage section with many tools to analyze your past and current energy usage, as well as plan and conserve in the future.
2.) If members do not choose to register on SmartHub you can still access the FREE HomeEnergyCalculator through ECI's home page and variuos links throughout the cooperative's website.
